- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
- Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.
- Once we confirm your exchange request, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
- After we receive the item in its original condition, we will process the exchange.

- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: We ship across Canada using Canada Post’s standard services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package and your location.
