To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

Once we confirm your exchange request, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
After we receive the item in its original condition, we will process the exchange.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: We ship across Canada using Canada Post’s standard services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package and your location.
