Exchange Policy:

• Items can be exchanged for another product of equal or less value within 14 days of receipt.
• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
• Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. 

How to Initiate an Exchange:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.
• Once we confirm your exchange request, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
• After we receive the item in its original condition, we will process the exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help ensure you have a great experience with our products.

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: We ship across Canada using Canada Post’s standard services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package and your location.

Estimated delivery times*:

• Local: 2–4 business days
• Regional: 3–6 business days
• National: 5–9 business days

Tracking & Shipping Notifications:

• For orders using Canada Post’s Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel services, tracking will be available.

Shipping Areas: Currently, we ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please visit our etsy shop for international purchases. 

Local Pickup: If you are local to Halifax, we offer free in-person pickup. You can select this option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
